We do our best to make sure we have stock on hand of everything offered in our online shop. We update the website regularly and monitor stock of products closely. However, despite our best efforts, sometimes we will not be able to deliver certain items you have ordered.

No, we don’t charge you for items that we don’t deliver. Please check your tax invoice to confirm the exact amount charged.

When your order has been successfully received by our system, you’ll see a confirmation page. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you specified, giving the details of your order. This confirmation indicates that your order has been received; fulfilment of your order may be impacted by stock availability.

Within the Western Cape Province:

We will do our utmost best to get your goodies delivered within 48 – 72 hours, depending on stock availability.

One of our Nibbly Superheroes will send you a Confirmation Email once your goodies have been dispatched from our Nibbly Bits Distribution Centre. 

Areas outside of the Western Cape Province:

Our Nibbly Bits Superheroes will do their utmost best to get your goodies dispatched as soon as possible, depending on stock availability.

Once your goodies are in transit, you will receive a Confirmation Email with a Tracking Number and link, to track your order.

Depending on number of potholes and speed cameras, your goodies should be delivered within 5 working days.

We do not ship outside of our borders at this time.

Should you require a tracking number for your order, please email sales@nibbly.co.za and we will gladly assist you with a tracking number for your order.

Delivery costs are dependent on your location and products on your order. Our online store shows the delivery cost automatically during the check-out process.

It’s not possible to add or remove items from an order once you’ve received your Payment Confirmation email.
